This is a trauma-informed workshop that feels like a warm hug for your mind, body and spirit. I will hold your hand and lovingly guide as you connect to your Inner Child through my signature guided meditative journey.
You will be given practical tools to overcome anxiety, be more compassionate towards yourself and gracefully melt procrastination/self sabotage.
I've taken hundreds of women through this journey, and the transformations I've witnessed are absolutely beautiful and inspiring. I can't wait for you to give yourself the opportunity to experience this transformation too!

You will learn about how the Inner Child affects your nervous system, why she feels unsafe, how to help her, and how to continue the connection after the ceremony.
